My name is Dr. Natasha Tubbs. I am a UX Strategist and Learning Experience Designer, as well as an educator and program designer. I transform ideas into experiences and systems that bring clarity, honor rhythm, and endure.

I work at the intersection of thought and form, shaping ideas into language, structure, and experiences—both digital and educational—that people can navigate with ease. I linger in beginnings, when meaning is unsettled, and stay with complexity until patterns emerge. I also return to what already exists, listening for friction, hesitation, or strain, then easing flows so systems and learning journeys feel intuitive, coherent, and true to their purpose.

Grounded in research, UX strategy, and program design, I craft work that supports attention, nurtures growth, and reveals clarity in every interaction, curriculum, and concept.
